Is he a left populist? Yes he is. But atleast he draws attention to actual problems (homelessness, grocery prices) and their real reasons (governmental policies and bad leadership) rather than pointing at the same problems and then making up bullshit reasons like “immigrants are taking our jobs and eating our cats”
