Was it ever made fully in the UK? I don’t have an issue with sourcing good quality and fair trade ingredients internationally and producing here. I do have an issue with swapping everything of taste out to produce a shit product cadburys and galaxy on a race to the bottom.
Article is informative, i a not sure why reading uni is preserving the plants or going to these extremes, but some people have a lot more time and funds than others. Feels more like a passion project than a real effort to appreciate the true craft of farmers.
