Sounds like a solution. Not a problem. Let them die out quicker this way.
That’s how you become an organ donor.
If people want to be racist let them be racist, at home with their medical issue still ongoing, they can either stop being racist, they can die of sepsis. But that will be their choice.

These are probably the same people who voted Brexit. That backfired. Instead of healthcare positions being filled by Europeans they’re now being filled by people further afield.
I can’t be nice for the people receiving this abuse. If I could I’d let them know there are good people here too, not just the rotten racists.

Nah, these people think the nonwhite nurses and doctors will somehow harm them, negligently or intentionally kill them, etc.
Because that’s what these racists would do to nonwhite patients.
There seems to be an easy solution here.

Ignorance, rather than stupidity. In many ways it’s worse. Stupidity can at best be outgrown with time. Ignorance is, in the modern world, a choice.
They are so ignorant they don’t understand how ignorant they are.
Racism hasn’t traditionally been regarded as a particularly logical position.
