USA is a shithole. If op lived in a developed country they would still have healthcare, vacation time, childcare, public transportation, and a better minimum wage.
I live in Canada, have all of those things, does not change job prospects whatsoever.
And in the US, you wouldn’t have any of those things if you don’t have a job.
And on top of that, a job doesn’t guarantee any of those things either.

USA being a shithole is always the topic.
They’re not wrong though.
