Dudes staff would message everyone who would would be in his vacinity at award shows to tell them not to look him in the eye. He’s not performing, he’s sitting in the stands. Sounds more like he was on the spectrum and couldn’t cope with people well.
I could definitely see the spectrum angle for obvious reasons, but I swear I heard somewhere it was more a request by his staff because he was too friendly and he’d spend way too long talking to everyone. I may be running off someone else tho
