It’s quite a recent addition to Unicode, so I choose to believe they wanted to write this emoji program for many years already, but couldn’t until now.
My favorite of late. I send this one at inappropriate times followed immediately by the “correct” emoji and asterisks for a laugh. Has yet to fail me, especially in group chats. Example:
