Is it defamation if it’s true? In a podcast about serial killers, it isn’t considered defamation either if an episode is about one specific serial killer, right?
Problem is singling any one of them out is grounds for defamation.

It would be fun to see them take it to court and the judge rule against them. Assuming it wasn’t done American judge they’d bought of course.
