Not criminally. If my kid stoves someone’s head in in a fit of uncontrolled rage why am I then criminally liable for their actions?
This is a very good show that covers how you can raise a kid well, to the best of your ability, and they still commit horrific crimes. Why would the parents be liable for punishment in such a scenario?
