It’s been reported that in the German elections, a far right party has made ‘significant gains’.

In the UK (at least before the scandals) Reform UK seems to have had a significant boost and has even surpassed the right-wing Conservative Party in some polls/predictions.

Even France, one or two years ago, was threatened with a far-right government due to the French far right party gaining a lot of support.

It feels like in the last few years, the far-right has exceeded itself and had a surge in popularity. Is this the case? And if so, wtf is fuelling it?

                    Oh, so you are saying I’m dumb for not acknowledging that the U.S.'s absolutely disgusting policy of Manifest Destiny (the last annexation of which occurred in 1917, and Panama was returned in 1999).

                    I guess I’m equally dumb for acknowledging the decolonzation that occurred after World War 2? Starting with Phillipines in 1946? Hell, actually a bunch of island’s had their sovereignty formally Recognized too.

                    You know. Its almost like the U.S. does acknowledge historical cruelty. Its almost like some the people here do think that it was a problem. And somehow those same people tend to be made to be enemies of the Kremlin because we are also vocally against the hypocrisy of the Kremlin.
