Like the Romans used to drink from lead cups. Something like that.

I was asking for proof on your positive claim. You’re making the claim that seed oils are bad. I’m expressing doubt. The burden of proof is yours.
There are several studies that proof seed oil is safe, someone linked a pair up in the thread. This person don’t want to listen to anything that says they are wrong and of course they have no proof to back their claims.
There are no studies extant in the literature for any hard health outcomes when it comes to human nutrition. Only epidemiology. I’d personally like to see proof that industrially processed oils are safe for human consumption.
Here is a thought experiment: processed industrial oils were not a dietary input before ww1, would you say people are healthier now? Would you say heart disease is higher or lower now then before ww1?
Yes people are healthier than WW1, have you never heard of the goiter belt? Also people died of heart attacks like pretty commonly(they survive now because of better treatment), They didn’t know what they were or how to treat them. So we don’t have much data about heart conditions until after WW2 once we figured out what a heart attack was. I think right now there’s only some consensus on what causes heart diseases, and diet is definitely a part of that.
Also you keep saying processed industrial oils, but what exactly counts as that? Is only some olive oil processed industrial oil? I’d like a definition.
Club term argument: was life expectancy higher or lower before WW1?
And is the increased use of seed oil the only thing that could contribute to heart attacks and overall health, or were there too many variables to control for?
I’m not saying you are wrong (or right), but that argument does not really work.
