I use cast iron regularly now that I’ve learned it’s easier to clean than I previously thought.
Just throw them in the dishwasher immediately ducks away
I will not settle for iron that has been forged, I demand the genuine article.
I heard the forged ones are better
I prefer stainless steel, but just because of being afraid of iron maintenance and it weighs too much for some people, I have nothing against iron.
The microplastics add flavor
I thought they removed carcinogens from non-stick material.
That turned out to be a lot harder than just removing the stick form other carcinogens.
I thought they were safe to begin with. Until we found out that was a lie.
