Interestingly, they don’t ban the glasses outright. Just not recording with them. More difficult to enforce I think.

It might be difficult to ban someone from using something they might use to see, but I’d expect most people to not have only these glasses to see with, after all, what will you do while they charge?

    Well, they’ve just banned “spywear” wholesale from UK Court premises which will make it easier for pubs and the like to do the same.

    This would be amazing if they enforce it. But most clubs and bars turn a blind eye to assault and harassment unfortunately

    Yeah, they’re not gonna enforce it. It’s just a marketing announcement to let Mr Brexit Pubs deny all responsibility when one of their patrons uses pervert glasses to perv. “Well, we told pervert glasses wearers not to perve, so it’s not our fault”.
