And almost every major face on the channel (but his) quit and left in a relatively short period of time, Which screams about how healthy things are behind the scenes.

Jakkuh is to me what LTT was when it started. The farm content is really fun to watch.

Zip Tie Tuning is really good. I was never into car stuff, but Alex is a good host.

Is it actually good, I got out off by the click bait titles.

Is it actually tech, or just business drama?

No drama on Jakkuh’s channel. Just him trying to modernize an old farm to turn it into his tech and cars workspace.

Alex is so fucking good to watch, I can actually watch is car stuff that I have no interest in and not hate it. I don’t go out of my way to watch it, but if i’m through my subs for the day and he’s up, i’ll watch him. I even still learn some shit.

Yeah, they imploded pretty quickly. The fight between him and GN, I hate them both now. I was mostly watching because I liked the hosts, the new hosts just aren’t as imformed. TBF the old hosts weren’t much more informed but they were entertaining. I used to watch them just to see them learn while i was screaming at the screen not to do something. The HR fiascos, the loss of talent, the “hot takes” that he self admits so he obviously knows better but can’t control himself.

I find GN’s scandal-chasing for clicks very tiring, but I still appreciate the no-nonsense work they put out. There’s not many tech channels doing these time-intensive, actually data-driven deep dives.

Oh no question, GN is a fucking quality outlet with quality data, and If I wanted to know how something preformed, or if a powersupply was shit, I’d go there first.

I just don’t need to know that info very often :)
