Let’s light a can of gasoline on fire, that’ll be a good practical effect that represents the destructive power of nuclear weapons in a movie about the dangers of atomics!
I honestly didn’t even make it far enough through that snooze fest to reach that scene.
However, it was exceptionally wonderful.
