It has; it was originally buried just outside the Nickelodeon Studios Orlando building near the slime geyser, the facility closed as a TV studio in 2004 and was repurposed as a Blue Man Group theater until 2021, AFAIK it sits vacant now.
The time capsule was moved to the Nickelodeon resort, and its original cover plate was auctioned off, I think pictured above is a new cover plate. I don’t know if the vessel was unsealed.
Seems to missing a few screws, looks like its already been opened.
If I recall right, it hasn’t been opened but it has been moved since the original studio location it was at closed.
