He’s literally too stupid to plan shit out beyond whatever is right in front of his face. He acts on impulse like a child. The problem is everyone with any degree of power just allows this shit to go on without pressing him about his multitude of failings.
This was very readily apparent in 2015. But the media offered him tons of spotlight and NO pushback. At the time, I believe, they assumed the average American was simply too progressive, too smart, and at least informed enough to see through the multitude of his juvenile, half-baked bullshit.
