Bricks and minifigs (company that resells Legos) basically agreed to sell someone’s Legos for them but stole them.
Reckless Ben got involved and did his thing to drag b&m until they caved, but instead b&m had him falsely arrested for making threats and selling drugs, and now they’ve charged him with stalking.
But reckless Ben’s videos exaggerate to the point of intentionally misinforming. Stuff like claiming his sixth amendment is being violated (isn’t being told what he is charged with) when really they just hadn’t yet given him discovery, at the hearing to determine how to safely give him discovery.
