Palmer Luckey of Anduril is teaming with Ben Lamm of Colossal Biosciences to launch Warhound, a startup dedicated to genetically engineering and cloning dogs for service in war, police work and first responder work.

Speaking to Wired, Lamm explained that the project was twofold. One part of the project would oversee the genetic engineering and cloning of the ideal dogs for war, and the other would develop tech for them to use on battlefields.

It’s way cheaper to make an animal go blow itself up rather than build an entire robot to go get blown up.

Not if you just buy the cheapest parts and then harden the software and send a fuck load of them out there at once. Just as expendable as real dogs

Then they lose the dog hack. It’s both a police officer and a genetically modified wolf. If the police officer is biting you, then you need to stop resisting. What kind of monster would hurt a dog just doing its job.

“resisting” while actively being harmed/injured is and always will be a sadistic joke.

“stop resisting!” while I break you shoulder. Nice.
