        Been there, done that. Here’s the lesson I can show that may help you.

        Pros: Crazy takes risks, often takes the initiative, and are rarely shy. If you’re not those things, they instigate a lot of fun in your life. You will indeed live in interesting times.

        Cons: They can’t assess risk for shit1, which is a massive liability. Please reconsider sharing access to car, bank account, home, lease, friends, family, and credit cards. May also cause unpredictable destructive chaos, sometimes with a bill. Strongly recommend securing a good therapist, and maybe a lawyer on retainer. Also, people like this are genuinely in need but are usually so out of pocket, they cannot reciprocate.

        1 - Risk assessment is hard for the neuro-normative. You wouldn’t believe the number of coordinated mental processes it takes to do that for everything life throws at you. If any one of those isn’t working quite right, you routinely miss the mark. Missing more than one? You miss the mark with confidence.
