The reason it’s false is due to the false dichotomy of the erroneous popular belief that “you’re either introverted or extraverted”. They’re not even inversely correlated. Intraversion and extraversion are two independent variables of a potential personality spectrum, but it’s not a linear spectrum, it’s a radar chart. That misunderstanding of the spectrum is a false binary. The fact that most people think they are inversely correlated is also a false binary.
