Another timeless strip from Charles Addams.

A large creature comes out of a body of water, a smog covered city skyline in the background. Two people can be seen running from the creature. The caption reads, “Now maybe they’ll be moved to do something about water pollution!”

I am unsure when this strip was originally published, but it is in my copy of My Crowd, which was published in 1970.
