  • I’ve been using Arch since I decided to go full-time Linux a year ago, and it’s really not that much work compared to when I tested out Fedora. I run pacman -Syu when I remember to, about twice a week. I update the occasional packages on the AUR once a week. I’ve never had a single broken dependency. Never had to fix graphics drivers (AMD on Wayland, so I can’t say the same about NVIDIA). I don’t even look at the wiki for 99% of the packages I’ve installed. This is definitely made by someone who hasn’t used an Arch-based distro for more than a day.
