3 days agoLabour are closer to Reform/Restore than Greens are. Economically, Labour are more likely to side with oligarchs (greens want a wealth tax, Labour doesnt. Socially Labour are more right wing than Greens (island of strangers speech, transphobia, support of an active genocide etc.) Economically and socially Labour are closer to the crazy Reform/Restore than Greens.
Don’t let perfect be the enemy of good, every party is going to have some thing you disagree with.
That’s me. I don’t regret not pursuing a career though because my achievements don’t make me feel accomplished. When I get a service running I mostly feel relieved. But, I want the things self hosting provides, so I do the work self hosting demands.
