I was churning accounts because I’d get preemptively banned by some subs just for posting in other subs, then I’d post in one accidentally not remembering the preemptive ban and all the accounts get permabanned for “ban evasion”, it’s too much work. What’re ya gonna do? Make a separate email AND account for each subbreddit to prevent that?
Then they remove old reddit for everyone without an old account.
Many of the subs are gone anyway. /r/random mostly ends up on dead subs, and all the users of years ago are gone, seemingly also due to account churn.

learned a new word today.

In the south I’ve seen people eat the entire boiled peanut. There was a guy in Lillington NC who moved there from Buffalo NY who used to sell boiled peanuts in butter and franks hot, and people ate them whole. He disappeared one day around 2007 and I’ve never seen nuts like his since.
Huh, looking online they’re all over now. Even at Walmart

well, I’m a new user.
I’ve been churning accounts on reddit for a long time because you get banned by some subs just for posting or subscribing to other subs, then you post there not remembering the preemptive ban and bam, permaban. fed up with that noise, and having to churn accounts like a fucking outlaw.

My mother never talked about this time in her life, but I heard from others that she and her friends helped hide a draft dodger or two and got them into Canada before she ended up in Rochester and became a yuppie

my hairline

I want to say another city to be cool, but New York City, New York State always makes me proud. I live in Rochester lol.
That falls back to “ponzi schemes aren’t sustainable”
It’s broken.
