A good person is someone who has (almost) no vices. There are obviously varying degrees, and not all vices are equal. But my bar for clearing “good person” is pretty damned high, and I personally don’t make it by a long shot.

Most cockroaches are pretty chill. I bought tons to feed to my bearded dragon over the years, never freaked me out. Then again, that’s very different from encountering them in your closets or elsewhere in your home.
My own grandfather is a danger on the road. He’s slowly losing his faculties, which is always tragic but doubly so because this was a deep intellectual. But trying to convince him that it’s really time to stop driving has been… a challenge, shall we say. There’s really only so much you can do in a legal sense.
