School probably taught them to hate learning :(

Had to look it up because it’s been a LONG while, it’s actually RT 90 and LT 10.
I remember trying (and failing) to make games with this thing

I know it overlaps with samurai existing

Fax can mean slang for facts, and “no printer” is a joke based on “fax” also meaning “fax machine”.

I’m saying you’re right

Java as first programming language? My first programming language in school was Terrapin/MS Logo (that thing with the turtle) and then Python, IIRC.
And yeah, Maven is an absolute pain. My last workplace used it and it makes me extra glad that I don’t work there anymore.
I’m more partial to OOP, though. I just find it easier to organise data and functionalities by class/object and not make a mess that way, I guess. Plus, I mainly do gamedev/adjacent stuff these days, which largely seems to be object-oriented, at least when it comes to the most popular engines.

fax, no printer
* yes.
* it would make them more…
* humerus.

It’s okay. Also, never heard of that one

Small instances, not small communities (although I guess sopuli.xyz is small enough?)

Can someone recommend some small instances to post in?

Well, it’s pretty good to not have to go to Reddit to comment on a post. Similarly, I’m considering looking for a way to bridge some of the subreddits I made with their PieFed counterparts (or, preferrably, my instance counterparts when I make one) so that posts and comments from Reddit are automatically bridged over to fedi, and maybe vice versa as well.

A few quick questions.
Are ICE agents known to always display identification front and center?
Does the US government enforce this requirement?
Is the comment you are replying to sarcastic?

Can I track my progress by making this comment here and editing it as I go?

using version control for essays and stuff sounds like good practice for software development and probably some other fields too
Surely at least one of these people created something about not being a pretentious asshole?
I’m pretty sure this guy learned nothing from them.
