Correct.
I like especially the cauliflower fungus, although they sometimes are a pain i the ass to clean.
The other ones are “Hexenröhrlinge” (no idea what the English name is…), which are not great, but ok.

Funnily it was me who found the first one without actually looking, a tiny Hexenröhrling growing right in the middle of the road.
After that, we entered a slight dip, which was a little more humid and must have been full of mushrooms in the morning (we saw what the wild boars did to the ground there… still enough left for us!)

We stick to the ones we know 100% and which are clearly distinguishable from potential harmful lookalikes.

It seems to be a new thing.
One Facebook user in the article forum told, that he just got the message a few days ago, that only 2 links per month are free now.
And the article editor answered to that, that this is likely a reaction to some countries establishing fees or other restrictions for links to news sites by now, e.g. Canada.
Meta already extended the rule to links to any sites in Canada, and might currently be further extending that to include all users, as I understood it.
There were things you learned at school, but not from teachers.
I think the correct German expression would be “sonst werde ich dir die Fresse polieren”, which I again have no idea on how to translate to English (what’s the English word for “Fresse”?? - Important stuff you don’t learn in language class…).
I like “knuckle sandwich”, though! :-) The word for “knuckle” would be “Knöchel”, but that usually is not used when talking about fighting.
But we interestingly also have a backery-themed expression for hitting someone: “ich semmel dir eine” (Semmel being the Southern German name for a kind of backed breakfast roll, and for some reason used as a verb here…)
EY, PASS AUF WAS DU SAGST, KOLLEGE, WIR KÖNNEN DAS SONST AUCH GERNE DRAUSSEN KLÄREN, JA?
;-)
It really is sad I had to grow up having only the boring 7353 available as a meaningful calculator prank… :-(

I am impressed!
I only managed to get micro-carrots out of my north side garden that is in almost perpetual shadow and have given up by now…

Did Afghanistan create the first trebuchet that could throw a plane to a distance of 12000 km (7500 miles)?
I think they didn’t even have to.
Given the fact that the world leading lizard people are living inside of the hollow earth, they just had to drop the plane from there and hit the WTC from below!

They say it was caused by “planes”, which are supposed to be building sized machines made out of metal flying high in the air.
Metal. You heard me right.
Now go outside and lift your car and then tell me a car the size of a building could just fly high in the air and hit the top of a skyscraper.
Pure madness!
I always thought more that it sounded musical somehow.
But then again, I am a huge fan of things like Progressive Industrial Death Metal, so maybe this doesn’t amount for much…

There are Pixel repair centers?
I thought, you would have to send the phones in for repair…
But apart from that:
Great for you!
(And I also still remember the time it was quite easy to exchange the screen - did it without much hassle on my Galaxy S2 back in the day. No glued together parts, just screws and re-attachable connectors.)
They are also fascinating things to just look at, I am happy just seeing them even when I am not collecting them.
And this then even includes the questionable ones. :-)
