1 day agofuck I feel this. I used to watch Joshua Weissman videos ALL the time. Then he went from cooking content in his apartment or whatever, got a little popular, wrote a cookbook, and sold out. Now all his content is crappy click baity I ate all the chicken nuggets in Texas so you don’t have to. Such low hanging content is worthless to me.
I used to watch Cowboy Kent Rollins a lot +2 years ago. Great cooking outdoors channel with a family vibe, and his dogs “helping” cooking, with a little bit of history thrown in. Then his content shifted to less of that and more long form podcasts, which I don’t do on youtube cuz idgaf about everyone having a podcast now.
