I am mid thirties and have not experienced anything remotely like that and would be very concerned if I had.Throwing up when you wake up is not normal, neither is this extreme lethargy. You’re 32, not 80
Some of this seems neurological which is concerning and can be harder to get diagnosed. You could ask for some kind of neurological tests or imaging if you haven’t had that yet?
I am terrible at finding the motivation for many things, including staying active. The only thing that marginally helps is doing an activity that is fun for me in some other way, like kayaking or indoor bouldering.
