When I visit my father I would walk with his next door neighbor. This guy never understood the whole idea of social agreements. What I mean by that is his daughter went to high school for free off the taxes of somebody else but now when he’s paying taxes and doesn’t have his daughter in school he bitches and moans that he has to pay and he shouldn’t have to. I’m like dude someone paid for your daughter so it’s your responsibility to pay for someone else’s daughter. Someone helped you so it’s a social agreement to help them. He doesn’t get it, it’s like you must be really stupid and greedy or something.

Or anybody who signs up to point a gun and shoot at someone else over fucking black goo in the ground is a dipshit in my mind. Let the boomers go shoot it out. They’re just as dumb as their parents.

I’m an hour away from New York City and because of that I get New York traffic but not gridlock. Mostly companies want to be in this radius and you get pretty fast delivery for things. I’m fortunate enough to be in an area that has the countryside only minutes away. Why are you asking? The only major downside is there’s a lot of billionaire bunkers and the cost can be kind of out of control for certain things.
