6·25 days agoGenerally, a preliminary injunction will be called for if the action is harmful and irreversible, if delaying it while the question is resolved wouldn’t cause significant problems for the party being sued, and if the requesting party is likely to win the lawsuit anyway.

But the weird part is that it also lists a repo I don’t recognize. The repo does actually exist on my github account, but it’s marked as “ignored”, and the description says it was automatically exported from Google Code. The code seems to be a MacOS shareware file encryption tool called “BitClamp”, published circa 2008.
No idea how it got on my account.
So the pharmacists says, “I’ve got just the thing to stop that coffin!”
