Sometimes they don’t even turn the heart back on. But that’s still better than when the heart spasms uncontrollably. CPR and meds can then jump start the heart again.
Remember: 30 chest compressions to the beat of staying alive and then 2 breaths for resuscitation in repeat. Start this as soon as you find someone unconscious and not breathing. Pumping the heart as soon as possible is key.


Defibrillators. They don’t start a heart that is stopped. They stop arrhytmias and give the body a chance to return to a normal rhythm.
Most people don’t want money, but the things that money buy. Security, luxury, power, health, etc. There is no inherent reason why we need money for that but we as a society have decided that we rather have something in return for our work and that this is worth something.
