    1. Vomiting in the morning may be a sign of Helicobacter pylori infection. Not everyone is affected the same way, and it’s a very common infection. My spouse and BIL both had it. He got ulcers. She vomited every morning. 2 weeks of big deal antibiotics ended it for both of them. Life has been better ever since.

    2. Early Perimenopause can and does happen to some people AFAB. But everyone AFAB will experience it one day. The Ologies podcast did 3 episodes recently about menopause and perimenopause. Please listen! Even if you aren’t in it now, one day you will be. Might as well learn about it since you’ll have to advocate for yourself to doctors.
