This is gonna really shock you… I’m not the 1%. Most Americans are dirt poor. The only reason it looks like we’re all rich, is because the ultra-wealthy skew the average.

I never said my life is hard; I never claimed that I’m in danger (yet). It takes time to get one’s affairs in order, and to obtain a visa.

Of course, you’re probably not going to listen to any of this, since you just like to sit on your computer and tell people they’re wealthy fascists because they want to have a modest safety net before they try to escape the country.

I actually can’t leave yet. I don’t have enough money saved up to actually pay for it. Most people could never afford to move to another country. You’re very luck that you could manage it.
