I had a wow paladin named Immaru which is Summarian for “light”. I was always worried that people would confuse my name as “I’m Maru” like the cat. No one ever asked. Regardless, it was one of my favorite characters and I definitely loved that cat

A long winded way I guess to say that even though it’s sad they passed, I have a very fond intertwined memory of them. A remembery of one will make me think of the other
