I’m so glad they are going after companies like Playstation over the use of “purchase” and “buy”. These companies have perverted this term, even Steam is no exception.

If they win this against digital goods, it goes towards the goal of fleshing out a minimum expectation of these terms. And companies can’t weasel out of their anti-consumer practices without clearly revealing to the the layman how evil they have become.
