I remember a dialogue in the old game Outcast, in which the protagonist, pretty much a standard, rough 90’s action hero type guy, is offered a drink. Which is apparently made from the fermented guts of a local beast. Some sort of big feline-like thing if I remember correctly.

He declines saying something like “That one is probably too strong for me”.
