Playing a game mode that removes all the unique things about halo is an odd choice when playing Halo. Game was not designed for that TTK. Awful design.
Racing didn’t spread to infect the official matchmaking lists like swat did, forcing people to play a game they wanted to play in a twisted form it wasn’t designed to be played and wasn’t balanced around. A form which could be found in countless other games at the time…
Unfortunately, you are wrong.
When they say “it was in the official playlist” it means the players playing matchmaking were forced to play SWAT as one of the gametypes in the official map/gametype rotation.
My greatest halo moment was going 40+ and 0 kills entirely on a warthog turret.
