A pencil being sharpened isn’t the pencil doing work.
You only sharpen pencils doing work
You get a brand new, unsharpened pencil. You sharpen it. You’ve done no work with the pencil. You did work with a sharpener.
So that would be like training an employee and now he’s ready to work?
