A KUOW analysis of recent city data shows how a city-wide push to lower speed limits can improve some elements of safety – but experts say there is still work to do when it comes to slowing drivers down and keeping pedestrians safe.

    They need carers to supervise them. I’m guessing whoever runs the rehab has too few staff by far. Either intentionally or unintentionally. A lot of carers are getting deported and there’s a shortage for that and other reasons. As with most things, it comes down to the decay of capitalism.
