It’s an interesting case that’s getting muddled by the publics personnel beliefs and is also being co-opted for political purposes by right-wingers as proof the 19th amendment was a mistake.

It feels like a lot of people aren’t taking this seriously, the arguments/discussions people are trying to make around this can snowball into something disastrous.
