Consider building a base upon which this can sit so you don’t have to stoop too much. Also recommend a solid floor, wood or bricks work. This plus the base, then anchor your kit to it. The lifespan of polycarbonate panels is 5-10 years, and you can reach the upper limit of that if they aren’t blowing out all the time; this is nothing that can’t be resolved by a generous bead of silicone sealant in the channel you slid them in to.

Before assembly I graded the footprint and sunk 6x6 beams into the ground. You can’t tell from the picture but the yard is highly sloped due to living on the side of a mountain. The greenhouse is anchored to the 6x6 foundation frame with aluminum brackets. Inside the foundation frame I’ve removed a few inches of soil. I was planning to lay down mulch so after watering I can water the floor mulch to keep some humidity in the enclosure until the next watering. It’s very dry and high altitude here so humidity and sun intensity are a problem for some plants. Thanks for the well wishes, my daughter really wants to grow watermelons and strawberries.
