Before assembly I graded the footprint and sunk 6x6 beams into the ground. You can’t tell from the picture but the yard is highly sloped due to living on the side of a mountain. The greenhouse is anchored to the 6x6 foundation frame with aluminum brackets. Inside the foundation frame I’ve removed a few inches of soil. I was planning to lay down mulch so after watering I can water the floor mulch to keep some humidity in the enclosure until the next watering. It’s very dry and high altitude here so humidity and sun intensity are a problem for some plants. Thanks for the well wishes, my daughter really wants to grow watermelons and strawberries.
