    Neglectful parents forget their child at an airport while airport security screws up. Neglected child finds them self in a different city and turns to crime to survive. Child unknowingly takes directions from a known child predator. Child also befriends a local homeless lady. Child then plans out an elaborate torture mansion on 2 dimwitted burglars.
