Panel 1: Adam notices an red spot on his forehead

Adam: Aww, man… There’s an ingrown hair on my forehead…

Panel 2: Adam begins to pick at it with his finger

Panel 3: One Hour Later… Adam holds a small hair in between his fingers

Adam: Got it!

Panel 4: Adam’s skull is now open with a gaping spiral hole where the hair used to be. His eye looks like it might fall out. This is a reference to Junji Ito’s manga “Uzumaki”
