The article contains video evidence of the driver aggressively honking then starting to pass with basically zero space to the group of cyclists, then colliding with one cyclist who subsequently crashed. The cyclist got injuries to his vertebrae, but has thankfully made what appears to be a full recovery.

The driver seems to be under the delusion that he did nothing wrong, and that he will “take it all the way to the supreme court”.

I think imprisonment is arguably warranted here.
