Can we spread a lie that it does ?
Idk what else will stop people from mutilating their child’s genitals.
Culture needs to be developed where parents are explicitly asked are they mutalating their kids and feel the social pressure.
In the UK, the way they made it go out of fashion is make it so the national health insurance didn’t cover it anymore.
I think that could work here.
