Replaced the bottom seal on the dishwasher door. The old one had disintegrated a while ago and I was getting little water drops on either side of the door. Also replaced the main door seal while I was at it. This is after I replaced the heating element a few days ago since it went out. Good refresher and much cheaper than a new unit

I recently did this too! Except the heating element, I never use that. Now half my top rack clips that mount it to the slider rails are rusted and broken, but a new rack is hundreds of dollars 🙄 thinking I’ll just live with the jankiness for now.

Oh that’s right, I ensure hot water is ready for it to use at the tap but forgot it is still used throughout the cycle. I just don’t use the heated dry is what I meant to convey

Heating element made a huge difference in how clean my dishes got. That’s one of the reasons I noticed it went out - not nearly as clean
