Does anyone know if the restaurant patios are wearing helmets and high-viz safety gear??? They seem to be jumping out onto the road and scaring the poor drivers!!!

If you think that’s a story, look into how many Saskatoon overpasses have been hit in the last six months. I know everyone says this about their city, but really, Saskatoon drivers are completely out of their mind batshit insane.
