Biggest issue is getting all the palms greased. Red tape disappears when money gets funnels to donors. They’ll straight up eminent domain peoples houses if the right billionaire is getting their cut.

In Florida, it only gets done if it funnels money to established GoP donors. On the off chance something gets funded that they can’t steal from, it gets shut down ASAP.

Not only using their reserves, it also doesn’t seem like they’re making demands for doing it too.
